Production

For us, each cycle is a responsibility and commitment to deliver flavor and quality, which is why each onion is made with certified hybrid seeds, produced from start to finish, which allows us to ensure the production process from the scallion, storage, selection, planting and harvesting of the onion.

We produce our highest quality chives between January and April, allowing adequate rest for planting from July in the Bajío area.

Our harvest dates range from October to December with varieties such as Cal 214, Carta Blanca, Rasta, among others.
